Warsaw dAIversity BIP 2027

Within the dAIversity network, we are trying to organize a programme in the Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) format – working title Warsaw dAIversity BIP 2027. The idea grows out of the dAIversity conference, dedicated to responsible artificial intelligence and diversity management, and we’d like to bring that spirit into a short, intensive academic mobility experience, combining on-site sessions at Warsaw University of Technology with a virtual stage run jointly with partner universities.

We’re thinking of a programme aimed at students, doctoral candidates, and early-career researchers interested in AI, human resource management, diversity, and technology ethics with an emphasis on teams working together across different countries and academic traditions.

Why this could be worth considering

  • Genuine exposure to other cultures – working on shared projects teaches more than a semester of cross-cultural management coursework.
  • Stronger ties between universities – recurring BIP programmes build a lasting network of partners, ease joint grant applications, and open the door to deeper collaboration.
  • Early-career networking – international contacts made early often pay off later.
  • Future-oriented skills – combining AI with diversity management addresses the needs of increasingly diverse teams.

What’s next?

This is currently an idea at the discussion and exploration stage, there are no confirmed partners, dates, or funding yet. If you’re interested in helping shape the programme, let’s talk.
