Associate Professor at the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Indonesia. She earned MBA degree from University of the Philippines. She also obtained Master of Science and Doctor in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universitas Indonesia. After gaining fifteen years of professional experiences in various industries as Human Resources practitioner, she then decided to take the plunge into the academic world.
Actively involved in academic and research work in Tourism & Cultural Management in Lebanon and Malta. She is the Founder and CEO of European Tourism and Events Training Academy. She has more than 19 years of proffesional experience in Tourism Fields. She is also an Experienced Lecturer with more than 16 years’ experience at several universities in Lebanon, UK and Malta.
Researcher at the Warsaw University of Technology. His work focuses on organisational intangibles, particularly intellectual capital, knowledge, organisational wisdom, and diversity. He has more than 20 years of professional experience in Human Resources, including managerial and advisory roles. Alongside his academic work, he is a business consultant specialising in HRM cooperating with leading organisations in Poland. His work combines academic research with practical business experience, with a particular interest in how intangible resources contribute to organisational effectiveness.
